This Premium Under-pad is about 6 mm thick. This under-pad stops your rug from moving around and also protects your hardwood floors from Area Rugs that have rough backings. Moreover, this also adds extra cushion to your Area Rug from the bottom. This can be placed overtop any flooring (hardwood, tile, marble, etc.) except broadloom carpeting.
