This Republic has a strong presence with a high contrast from the centre medallion and then further with the lines filing the light cream centre. This would make an excellent statement piece for a room with cooler colours. When a client places this rug on a room with richly coloured floor and dark furniture and lightly coloured walls. This high contrasting rug would only add texture and a small amount of interest to the floor.
